We take a fun and integrated approach to help you incorporate healthy eating into your lifestyle. Our approach to nutrition is;

1-1 Dietetic Consultations (In person or online)
This service involves an initial one-hour consultation followed by 30-45 minute checkups scheduled at an interval suited to you.
Following the consultation, you will receive a follow-up email detailing your goals and anything else relevant from the consultation.
We will not tell you what to do, but we will meet you where you are and work with you to provide all the knowledge and skills required to make lasting changes
Our sessions will often cover much more than nutrition, such as sleep, stress, movement and mindset. The bigger picture is important!
