I take a fun and integrated approach to help you incorporate healthy eating into your lifestyle. Below are two services I provide to help you achieve this. For both options, my approach to nutrition is;

Option 1: Nutrition Coaching
Easy-to-use online platform
You’ll start by telling me all about yourself, including your goals, health challenges, and daily routine. From there, I’ll customise your entire program, and we’ll start the coaching process.
Small yet powerful practices to improve everyday life
We’ll work together to create and practice healthy habits across every aspect of your life, from sleep and stress management to movement and mindfulness. These new habits will help you feel calmer, confident and prepared for each day—no matter what life throws.
Simple practices and daily accountability
Every day, you’ll work on customised lifestyle practices. Each practice will be customised to help you get the results you are looking for.
Personal coaching and detailed progress checking
I’ll check in with you frequently to see how you’re doing and answer any questions. Also, you can message me whenever you need. The program also tracks everything from your measurements to your consistency, so you can see just how much progress you’ve made.
€185/month (includes two consultations per month, daily lessons and frequent contact with me between consultations). Some or all of this fee can be claimed back through private health insurance.
Option 2: 1-1 Dietetic Consultations (In person or online)
This service involves an initial one-hour consultation followed by 30-45 minute checkups scheduled at an interval suited to you.
Following the consultation, you will receive a follow-up email detailing your goals and anything else relevant from the consultation.
I will not tell you what to do, but I will meet you where you are and work with you to provide all the knowledge and skills required to make lasting changes.
This service includes access to recipe books, habit tracking and many more helpful tools.
€100/month initial & €70 follow up (includes one consultation per month and a follow-up email/document). Some or all of this fee can be claimed back through private health insurance.
