Nutrition Talks
Whether the audience is corporate or sport-focused, I can provide a fun, interactive and practical nutrition talk. I would much rather present in person, but these talks can also take place online.
The content of the talk will vary depending on the audience, but it commonly includes the following;
A breakdown of proteins, carbohydrates and fats, including why they are essential for our health and performance
Mindful eating and altering our environment
Changing the focus from aesthetics and fat loss to health and performance
Snack and meal ideas
Access to a high-protein recipe book
If the facilities and audience size allow, this talk is best done via a food demonstration from myself. This way, I can make the talk extra practical!
4-Week Nutrition Challenge
I’m thrilled to offer a unique nutrition challenge aimed at creating healthier habits among your team. This challenge isn’t a "one-size-fits-all" program; it’s an engaging, educational, and sustainable approach to nutrition, personalised to empower your employees to make achievable, lasting changes.
The challenge spans four weeks, each focusing on a specific nutritional aspect. These weekly focuses are deliberately simple to avoid overwhelming employees. A dedicated app with numerous resources tailored to the weekly focus ensures employees stay on track and build habits.
Employees are divided into teams of four, with individual scores contributing to their team's total score. The challenge culminates in a team and individual leaderboard, fostering a sense of friendly competition. Previous participants have reported improved energy and productivity levels, as well as a feeling of better community and connection.
