There are no bells or whistles, just one-hour exercise sessions tailored to you.
My approach to personal training incorporates, but is not limited to, the following;
Overall improvement of health and quality of life
Exercise enjoyment
Strength training
Aerobic exercise
Exercise technique
Exercise and nutrition education
Private = €70,
Semi-private: two people = €50/person, three people = €40/person
